Emergency Callout Rates

Our emergency callout rates are the same as our normal hourly / daily rates.

Business - Standard Hourly / Daily Rates

Our technical support staff are available to assist you with any IT related issues from 8.30am - 6pm, Monday to Friday. Our competitive rates are open to all customers. Our aim is to fix a service request as fast as possible saving you money, and maintaining our high customer satisfaction levels. All our hourly rates are capped at our standard daily rates so you know that you are getting the best value for money.

Our standard rates are as follows :

Standard hourly rate - £50 + vat
- No Call Out Charge
- Remote / Telephone support is charged per half an hour
- Onsite support is charged per hour
- Onsite support is capped at the daily rate
Daily rate - £300 + vat
- No Call Out Charge
- Multiple issues can be resolved in one visit
- New server / network installation is normally charged at the daily rate

Business - Out Of Hours Emergency Rates

Business IT solutions runs 24/7, and so do we! If you need our help outside normal office hours, we are available on our emergency callout number. There is, of course, a surcharge for out of hours calls.

Our Out of Hours rates are as follows :

Initial Callout Charge - £20 + vat
Emergency Hourly rate - £80 + vat
- No Call Out Charge
- Remote / Telephone support is charged per half an hour
- Onsite support is charged per hour
- Onsite support is capped at the daily rate
Emergency Daily rate - £550 + vat
- No Call Out Charge
- Multiple issues can be resolved in one visit
- New server / network installation is normally charged at the daily rate

Home User Hourly Rates

We understand that home users sometimes need the same level of IT expertise as business. We offer highly competitive hourly rates for the home user, inclusive of VAT. We accept Cheque or Cash with the first hour payable before we start work.
